Help in Change is a multinational non-profit association based in Stockholm. It was founded in March 2022 as a horizontal network of individuals who wanted to help Ukrainian refugees in Sweden.
We are driven by a profound mission –to help Ukrainian refugees integrate into Swedish society. Our purpose is rooted in fostering a sense of belonging, providing essential resources, and offering support to those in need.
In the face of upheaval and uncertainty, we strive to be a beacon of stability and support for Ukrainian refugees in Sweden. Our commitment goes beyond mere assistance. We are dedicated to creating an environment where each individual feels accepted, understood, and empowered to rebuild their lives in a new country.
The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the chief executive body for Help in Change. The board ensures that the organisation acts in accordance with its mission and is responsible for internal control. The Members of the Board are elected at the Annual Meeting, which is the organization's chief decision-making body.

As a member, you have the right to attend, submit motions, and vote at Help in Change annual meetings. You agree with our values and mission of helping Ukrainians integrate into Swedish society.
All members have the right to propose their own support initiatives to the Board of Help in Change.
The ordinary membership fee is 250 SEK/year. If you are from Ukraine and live in Sweden under temporary protection, your membership fee is 50 SEK/year.
