Help in Change and Clockwork: recruiting event for Ukrainian teachers
In early March, we teamed up with Clockwork to host a recruiting event for teachers from Ukraine. Clockwork is a recruiting agency that specializes in the fields of education, industry, and office positions.
We shared with the agency team the story of Help in Change, the work we do, and the challenges that Ukrainians face in the Swedish job market. Jonathan Boström, Mikaela Bäckstedt, and Liselott Kågström conducted insightful interviews with eight candidates from Ukraine who were added to the company's database (after candidates are added to the database, they may be offered jobs that match their profile).
We thank the Clockwork team for their support of Ukrainians in Sweden and we are inspired by the opportunities that this partnership brings. Through our collaboration, more Swedish employers will have the chance to gain new experiences with our skilled and motivated participants.
Together, we're paving the way for meaningful connections that enrich both employers and employees, ultimately contributing to the advancement of Swedish society as a whole.
