We continue our work to make sure as many Ukrainians as possible get their questions about finding a job in Sweden answered. Last week we held two more days of coaching sessions and, based on the feedback, they were productive.

Three coaches worked individually with each participant during 60-minute sessions. Kudos to Oksana Olsson, Denis Gordienko, and Anastasiia Klonova for their professionalism and finding a personal approach to everyone. Before meeting with each guest, our coaches did preliminary work with the requests of the participants. What type of requests do we receive?

Here are some examples:

help with creating or updating a CV

help to determine the most effective way to transition from "paying the bills" job to a "strategic" job

tips on successful passing a job interview

growing professional network

Such meetings may seem like simple conversations but only at a first glance. When you’re talking to a professional, you expand your horizons. It becomes much easier to define your goals and your next steps towards them.

As organizers, we can tell a lot more details, but the feedback from our participants will be the best proof.
